Application Study Of Lean Production In C Company

With the rapid development of the logistics industry in the world,the market demand for logistics handling equipment gradually increased.Many domestic and foreign forklift manufacturers are struggling to seize the market,to let the enterprise stand out in the fierce market competition,we must choose an effective mode of production and business management methods to guide the operation of enterprises.The essence of lean production is to eliminate waste,based on market demand,use lean thinking to analyze and solve problems,eliminate waste in the whole product value stream,and create maximum value for customers through continuous improvement.This paper first analyzes the production current status of C company,and finds out the existing problems,then uses lean tools to improve the current status in an all-round way.Through the study of lean theory and implementation of lean tools,optimize the process,reduce waste and reduce manufacturing cost;pay attention to the process,make the process more and more robust through continuous improvement,improve the quality stability;layout of the production line reasonably,SMED and flexible production so as to shorten the delivery time and to response quickly and meet the demand of the market,improve customer satisfaction,and then increase the comprehensive strength and market competitiveness of C company.
