Study On Waste Of Handling In DH Company Production Process Based On Lean Production Theory

In recent years,as China vigorously advocates and promotes the technological and advanced transformation of manufacturing industry,the scale of production and sales of Manufacturing enterprises in China has gradually expanded,the level of production and manufacturing science and technology has continued to rise,and the pillar position of manufacturing industry in the national economy has further highlighted.However,in sharp contrast,the era of demographic dividend in China is gradually fading,leading to rising production costs,manufacturing costs and sales price pressure of manufacturing enterprises are also increasing.Based on the market situation of increasingly fierce competition among enterprises in the manufacturing industry,and the objective fact that the sales price of products is changed from the decision of enterprises relying on cost and profit to the decision of market competition,many domestic manufacturing enterprises,by coincidence,focus on internal production management,strengthen scientific research on production management methods.Further innovation and reform of production mode to improve the production capacity of enterprises,reduce the production cost of enterprises and pay attention to reduce production waste phenomenon,so as to seek the endogenous power of sustainable development of enterprises.Based on the advanced lean production theory at home and abroad,this paper refined the generation and development of lean production,highlighted the core role of lean production,and analyzed and summarized one of the essence of lean production--eliminating waste in the production process.Based on DH company as the research object,from the internal and external environment of enterprises and production field,production methods,staffing,focusing on existing in the production process mainly classifies the waste handling problems and cause analysis,three prominent in DH company handling waste in production before and after the improvement situation has carried on the detailed elaboration,The core research content lies in the design and improvement of three kinds of outstanding handling waste problems,and the implementation and objective expression of the comparative effect.Finally,the improvement of handling waste is summarized and reviewed,and the elimination of handling waste is analyzed one by one.
