| Lean production is a relatively advanced production mode in manufacturing industry,which has been recognized by many enterprises for its remarkable effect in enhancing enterprise competitiveness.F company is a traditional domestic enterprise specializing in the production of idlers.Due to the increasing number of customer orders,in order to improve the output of rollers,the company decided to fully implement lean production in the idler production workshop.Value stream is an important tool for lean improvement,which can identify production waste,eliminate non-value-added parts and improve production efficiency.Based on the lean theory,the data and information related to the production of the idler were collected by means of field investigation and field measurement,the main problems affecting the production efficiency of the idler were found out and the current situation of the problems was analyzed.Finally,the lean improvement scheme was proposed for the main problems,the guarantee measures for the sustainable optimization of the production process of the idler were formulated.The dissertation mainly completes the following aspects:(1)Analyzed the problems existing in the idler production process of F Company.The current status of the value stream of the roller production process is drawn.The material flow and information flow in the idler production process were comprehensively analyzed to identify the value-added part and the non-value-added part.The man-machine material method was used to analyze many problems affecting production efficiency,then draw the fishbone diagram,ISM were used to analyze the four problems with the most profound impact and the causes of the problems were analyzed.(2)Proposed a lean improvement plan for the production process of rollers.With the goal of eliminating waste and combining the principles of lean improvement,the idler production process has been improved from the four aspects of operation process,workshop production method,equipment layout and on-site management,including merging processes,improving bottleneck processes,setting operating standard time,and implementing Pull the production system,re-plan the layout of workshop equipment,and implement 7S management.To achieve the goal of improving the production efficiency of the idler through lean improvement plan and finally draw the improvement value stream diagram.(3)Evaluated the effect of lean improvement in the idler workshop and put forward the guarantee measures for continuous improvement.The application of value stream chart analysis method and lean improvement tools has reduced WIP inventory,reduced production cost,shortened the production cycle,satisfied customer demand,laid a foundation for other manufacturing industries to implement production process improvements and improve production efficiency.There are16 figures,26tables,and50 references. |
