| As China has become the world’s largest automobile production and sales country,the auto industry is booming and at the same time it is in shortage of personnel.Especially the automobile repair industry needs at least 300,000 new employees each year,and the craftsman-type after-sales service personnel who both have service concepts and maintenance ability are more urgently needed.The disorderly flow of talents in automobile companies has further increased the human resource costs of automobile companies,which puts higher demands on the human resources management of auto companies.In order to solve the dilemma of talent supply,auto companies are actively exploring new modes of training talents for enterprises and schools.Therefore,this paper will take the BEST(BMW Education of Service Technology,This project is an enterprise-school cooperation project jointly developed by BMW Brilliance and vocational schools)talent training model as an example,and the writer hopes that this paper will have certain reference for the innovative talent training mode of automobile enterprises.This paper clarifies research methods and ideas which is based on the literature research on enterprise talent training andenterprise-school cooperation.From the perspective of the enterprise,the investigation method and the interview method are used to investigate the participants in the BEST Talents training of BMW Brilliance,in order to summarize the current situation,analyze the reasons,and use the relevant theories to propose optimization strategies.It provides a new perspective for studying the talent training mode of cooperation between enterprises and schools of automobile enterprises,and provides certain theoretical support,which is enriching and perfecting the theoretical system of personnel training in automobile enterprises.This paper is divided into six parts: The first part,by expounding the research background,draws out the research content,and clarifies the theoretical and practical significance of this research.Through the collation of literature review of domestic and foreign enterprises and schools cooperation,the research methods and research ideas are clarified.In the second part,the scope of the research is defined from the relevant concepts,and the theoretical basis of this paper is elaborated.The third part is to sort out the current situation of BMW Brilliance’s after-sales human resources,introduce the basic situation of BEST talent training model,and lay a solid foundation for further research on BEST talent training model.The fourth part is to conduct research on the participants in the BEST talent trainingmodel.Designing questionnaires and conducting reliability and validity tests.Using SPSS software to process the data,then the status issues of BEST talent training mode are obtained.The fifth part,combined with the interview data,uses relevant theories to analyze the problems of the BEST talent training model and finds out the root causes of the problem.In the sixth part,based on the reasons for the problem,it proposes the optimization recommendations by using experiential learning theory,motivation theory,and cooperative theory. |
