Secondary vocational schools is an important part of vocational education in ourcountry, bearing the transportation task of high-skilled talents to enterprises. In recent years,secondary vocational education reform and development of accelerated further, to furtherstrengthen the ability of adapt to market demand, the ministry of education of thesecondary vocational education reform and innovation action plan (2010-2012),"come onstage for vocational schools further pointed out the direction of development. Machinery isone of main specialized secondary vocational and technical schools, In the concretepractice, however, there are still many problems, such as:(1) the lack of practical teachingcontent.(2) teaching methods lack of innovation.(3) the "work-integrated learning" modeof the path, the specific implementation of transformed the functional management toprocess management effectively, and so on all need to be perfected.In fact, vocational schools in Chongqing also exist the problems in personnel training.In carding domestic and foreign current situation of the development of secondaryvocational schools, especially in mechanical, on the basis of the present situation of talentcultivation, this article selects of mechanical professional vocational schools as theresearch object, through the investigation and collection of Chongqing area of secondaryvocational school information, data, to examine the Chongqing vocational schools of theoperation situation of mechanical professional personnel training mode and the mainproblems, and study the general rule of mechanical professional talent training, theprofessional talents from all parties in seeking and social demand adapt to the developmentand changes of the new personnel training mode.In this paper, there are two innovations: the first is CDIO model applicability invocational institutions; the second is how to carry out specific CDIO mode. Through bothteachers and students to participate in courses to learn the different positioning of the body,the design of the overall framework of CDIO, in which the key point is built around a case,from concept to design, to implementation and operation of the whole process of theintegration process.Institute of expected results obtained, it can be to promote secondaryvocational schools in Chongqing machinery professional talent training mode reformprovide an important reference value to the process of selection of the theoretical basis andthe implementation of the scheme.
