"Made in China 2025" is the first ten years of action plan for China to implement the strategy of manufacturing powerhouse.1.According to the induction and analysis of the current talent training methods of Vocational Colleges and universities at home and abroad,the deficiencies in the literature and information are found,and the specific research category is drawn up,and the research direction is determined after determining the basis of the theoretical basis.2.To sum up the reference materials,summarize the existing problems and measures in the training mode of order talents in Vocational Education in China,and determine the research framework according to the shortcomings existing in the existing research conclusions.3,based on project management theory,the order form talent training mode in vocational colleges is operated and managed as a project.The process management mode is used to replace the traditional pyramid management model,and the starting,planning,execution,monitoring and ending of the project management are included in the project execution.4.Taking the automobile application and maintenance specialty of the secondary professional school of Henan province and the school enterprise cooperation project of the Zhengzhou Nissan Auto Co as an example,this paper analyzes and solves the problems existing in the cooperation between school and enterprise by using the project management theory.5.Summarize the school enterprise cooperation project of the secondary professional school of Henan science and technology and the Zhengzhou Nissan Auto Co,and conclude that the "order type" personnel training mode should pay attention to the enterprise needs and to train the enterprises to the talents.
