With the increasing demand for elevators in high-rise buildings and public places in China,the production and consumption markets urgently need a large number of skilled talents specializing in elevator installation and maintenance.Secondary vocational education increases the new major of elevator installation and maintenance,which marks the latest development direction of the elevator industry and promotes the cultivation of a large number of high-quality innovative talents in the field of elevator.It is very necessary for school-enterprise cooperation to build the practical training system.Its theoretical significance lies in pointing out the development direction from the implementation approaches and specific applications,so that the professional training system for elevator installation and maintenance can more meet the actual needs of enterprises.The practical significance lies in the improvement of vocational students' practical skills to ensure the quality of employment;Optimize the construction of elevator installation and maintenance professional training system in secondary vocational schools;To meet the needs of enterprises and enhance their ability to serve the society.First access to vocational education training system construction of the literature,understand the research status,clear university-enterprise cooperation pattern,secondary vocational education,elevator installation and maintenance of professional training system,connotation,determine training system to build the talent and ability standard involved real integration teaching view,humanistic learning theory,resources integration theory.Secondly,ZY vocational School,a representative school in G province,was selected to issue questionnaires to its students,and interviews were conducted with professional teachers,leaders in charge of the school and personnel in charge of enterprises,so as to bring out the practical problems in the implementation of the training system.Finally,according to the investigation results and the construction principle of the training system,the training system is constructed from the four aspects of the training course,the training teachers,the training environment and the training evaluation and assessment mechanism.Taking the elevator installation and maintenance major of ZY Secondary Vocational School in G province as an example,this study planned practical training courses based on the needs of enterprises according to the feedback from students,professional teachers,school leaders and responsible personnel of ZY Vocational School.School-enterprise co-education teacher team;Based on enterprise technology configuration training environment;School-enterprise cooperation reform evaluation mechanism the school-enterprise cooperation construction elevator installation and maintenance professional training system.Pay attention to make good use of existing training resources,develop and create new training resources,and clarify the difficulties in the construction of training system.The biggest innovation of this study lies in that based on the school-enterprise cooperative education model,the thought runs through the construction of the practical training system,and attaches importance to the vocational skills training of students in vocational schools at the theoretical and macro level,as well as the support of quantitative data,hoping to provide some reference for the internship units and other secondary vocational schools.
