Secondary vocational education is related to national economy and people's livelihood.In the government work report delivered at the second session of the 13 th National People's Congress,premier Li Keqiang pointed out that accelerating the development of modern vocational education is not only conducive to easing the current employment pressure,but also a strategic move to solve the shortage of high-skilled personnel.We will reform and improve the methods for vocational college examinations and enrollment,and speed up the exchange of academic certificates and vocational skill certificates.We should strengthen the construction of teaching staff,improve the quality of running schools,and speed up the construction of practical training bases integrating industry and education.With the transformation and upgrading of China's economic structure,the status of secondary vocational education has been gradually improved,and more and more people are engaged in vocational education.In order to adapt to and meet the needs of The Times,secondary vocational education should be constantly reformed and improved,from the training mode to the construction of curriculum system and other aspects need to be optimized and upgraded.With the development of The Times,BIM technology has gradually become the most advanced productive force in the construction industry.BIM technology requires interdisciplinary talents with engineering and information.Building information model technician is one of the 13 new jobs released by the ministry of human resources and social security.Compared with the needs of enterprises,the quantity and quality of talents cultivated by secondary vocational schools cannot meet the requirements.This paper introduces the development of BIM technology at home and abroad,expounds the current situation of BIM teaching at home and abroad,summarizes the reasons of backward BIM development in China,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of training BIM talents in secondary vocational schools,and puts forward the methods of teaching reform.BIM technology fast development,talent is in short supply,this paper,taking several secondary specialized schools in henan province as the research object,through to the students,teachers and enterprise three aspects of the investigation,analyzes the problems existing in the current and the enterprise to the needs of students,find out the existing unreasonable,for example,unreasonable curriculum,teaching mode,teachers strength weak,single exams.After referring to the four excellent vocational education modes in modern times,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on training BIM talents according to the specific situation of China.Finally,the case study of S secondary vocational school in henan province is carried out,and specific reform measures are proposed based on the existing curriculum and training mode.
