Research On Higher Vocational Training Mode And Curriculum Of Construction

From our own national conditions and comparing foreign developed countries'current condition of higher vocational talent cultivation mode and course construction, this paper analyzes the advantages of the higher vocational talent cultivation mode, founding that foreign developed countries'more advanced higher vocational training model are always with the school-enterprise cooperation and combination with work and study through horizontal comparison. While, the school-enterprise cooperation combination with work and study personnel training model is proven by the developed countries and the developing regulation of the times. Thus, the author of Training Mode and domestic construction and comparison of curriculums, try to find some existing problems on talent cultivation mode and course construction in higher vocational education. and actively learn from the foreign developed countries'successful experience of personnel training, at the same time bring forward my own views and suggestions relatively through comparing foreign developed countries'higher vocational talent cultivation mode and course construction with ours. And this paper conduct theoretical study on China's higher vocational construction talents'training mode based on the construction talents'school-enterprise cooperation training mode, trying to preliminarily explore the arrangement of construction course under the talent training mode of school-enterprise cooperation and combination with work and study.This paper proposed that the reform of China's higher vocational building personnel training mainly from two dimensions. On the reform of the cultivation pattern is from a macro point of view to explore, I advocate that higher vocational construction talent training mode should be adhered to the ability and employment; on the construction of the curriculum system from the microscopic point of view to explore, setting curriculum should adhere to the project as a carrier to carry out the work process-oriented curriculum system. On the basis of theoretical discussion, I explored the curriculum arrangement of construction decoration technical expertise, learning from some institutions'experience on education. At the same time, I constructed the ideal model of curriculum and carried out some preliminary summary, putting forward some of the countermeasures and suggestions in order to make contributions to deepen our higher vocational building talents training with school- enterprise cooperation.
