Research On The Training Mode Of New Energy Automobile Manufacturing And Testing Professionals In Secondary Vocational Schools

Developing new energy automobile industry and reducing automobile carbon emissions are very important to achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization.With the rapid development of China’s new energy vehicle industry,higher requirements are put forward for talents in the field of new energy vehicle production in terms of quality,knowledge and skills.At present,the new energy automobile specialty in secondary vocational schools has been established for a short time,and most of them are oriented to the automotive aftermarket,which is difficult to meet the rapidly growing talent demand of new energy automobile manufacturing enterprises at this stage.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research on the talent training mode in the manufacturing field of new energy vehicles in secondary vocational schools.Based on the current situation of Vocational Colleges in the region and close to the development of new energy automobile manufacturing industry,this paper studies the training mode of new energy automobile manufacturing and testing professionals in secondary vocational schools for school enterprise cooperation,so as to meet the employment needs of the development of new energy automobile industry.By conducting enterprise research,school research,industry analysis and talent demand analysis,we can master the difficulties of new energy vehicle manufacturers and secondary vocational schools in talent supply and demand,and put forward corresponding school enterprise response strategies for the imbalance between talent supply and demand.Based on the above research and analysis,taking the secondary vocational school new energy automobile manufacturing and Testing Specialty oriented to school enterprise cooperation as the research object,carry out the construction of talent training mode,discuss from the perspectives of construction principle,construction purpose,core strategy analysis,content details and relevant guarantee,and finally form the design block diagram of the mode.In order to improve the quality of talent training,the "2235" talent training strategy is put forward,and the corresponding talent training objectives,training contents,training methods and quality evaluation system are analyzed.Finally,the mode is used to formulate a talent training scheme based on the school enterprise cooperation between school g and factory X.the detailed design of the curriculum,teaching methods,evaluation forms,teacher construction and the construction of training rooms are used for the training of talents in the field of new energy automobile manufacturing in Secondary Vocational Schools.The results are analyzed by means of questionnaires and interviews,so as to verify the effect of the application of this talent training mode.The research shows that the training mode of new energy vehicle manufacturing and testing professionals in secondary vocational schools with "2235" strategy as the core is reasonable,feasible,scientific and effective.The students trained based on this model are more in line with the requirements of the enterprise.Their ability to deal with daily work and unexpected problems has also been greatly improved compared with previous students.They have grown rapidly in emotion and values,knowledge and skills,and have also made qualitative changes in career recognition and satisfaction.Therefore,the training mode of new energy automobile manufacturing and testing professionals in secondary vocational schools has application value and is of great significance to the reform of the training mode of skilled talents in secondary vocational schools.
