The continuous advancement of ecological civilization construction,the proposal of major strategies such as beautiful China,rural revitalization,ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin have brought new opportunities and challenges to the garden industry,and also pushed the requirements for the ability of landscape architecture professionals to a new height.Under the background of this era,talents have become the key to high-quality development.For the talent demand of construction-oriented enterprises that occupy the main body of the industry,colleges and universities should actively promote the reform response to talent training and cultivate construction-oriented enterprises that meet the requirements of high-quality development.Taking the landscape architecture education institutions and construction-oriented enterprises in Shandong Province as the research objects,this thesis comprehensively summarizes the current talent training situation and the general situation of constructionoriented enterprises in colleges and universities,selects the talent ability indicators oriented to the needs of construction-oriented enterprises,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to conduct a questionnaire survey on the importance of talent ability indicators,and analyzes the weight results to obtain the differences and consensus on the understanding of talent ability between the supply and demand sides.Based on this,the author puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of college talent training.The main research process and conclusions are as follows:(1)Basic research: This thesis conducts research under the background of the construction of high-quality human settlements,the replacement and upgrading of landscaping industry,and the cultivation and response of landscape architecture talents.Through the relevant basic research on the cultivation of landscape architecture professionals and talent ability indicators,this thesis determines the competency theory as the main guiding theory for the construction of talent ability index system,and the analytic hierarchy process as the importance evaluation method for talent ability indicators.(2)Current situation: On the one hand,through the analysis of the basic school-running situation of landscape architecture and landscape architecture major in Shandong Province,professional positioning and characteristic effects,practical teaching and school-enterprise integration,we can see: Based on the characteristics of the current commonness,all colleges and universities attach importance to the reform of personnel training,the innovation of teaching methods and the construction of teaching conditions,and actively explore the road of characteristic development.On the other hand,by investigating the basic situation and development of construction-type enterprises in Shandong Province and analyzing the orientation of talent demand,we can see that construction-type enterprises occupy the main body of the industry,have large scale of operation and wide scope of business,and have urgent demand for talents.With the development of ecological,digital and intelligent landscape architecture and the development of fine engineering,the requirements for talents’ ability and quality show a trend of diversification and compound.(3)Demand survey: Under the guidance of basic research theories,literature research,questionnaire survey and induction and summary are used to initially screen talent ability indicators,and then talent ability index system is constructed after further selection by Likert five-category method;A hierarchical progressive model consisting of 5 criterion layers and 26 indicator layers was constructed by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP).By issuing questionnaires on the importance of indicators to experts in construction enterprises and universities for quantitative evaluation,two sets of weight results were obtained: The enterprise group is practical experience > comprehensive quality > Professional knowledge > Professional skills > basic ability,and the university group is practical experience > comprehensive quality >Professional knowledge > Basic ability > Professional skills.(4)Application exploration: Based on basic research,current situation investigation and analysis of quantification and weight results of the importance of talent ability indicators of both schools and enterprises,the talent ability needs of construction-oriented enterprises are obtained,and suggestions on the optimization of college talent training are put forward in the aspects of curriculum system and construction,teacher conditions and security,and the development of three comprehensive education characteristics.
