Since the end of last century,the development of multinational enterprises has become a new form of economic activity,at the same time,the development of the process of economic globalization,the trend of internationalization of business has been a trend which cannot be halted.With the continuous development of the globalization of enterprises,how the enterprise management can effectively meet the needs of different culture,different members of different technology system,the demand has become one of the important problems to be solved in current multinational enterprises.Multinational enterprises in the process of production and operation,the inevitable emergence of a diversified cultural type,the impact on the different nationalities of the members are not the same,making the multi-cultural attributes of cross-cultural team is more and more obvious.Therefore,multinational enterprises in the development process must face a variety of cultural challenges,improve the efficiency of enterprises,reduce transaction costs by cultural friction due to the formation of diversified management mode,the construction of the cross culture team of their own,so as to realize the enterprise multinational business goals,and promote the development of enterprises.With the fast growth of China market,DM is also scaling up in China by enlarging its product lines.And DM's aftersales who offers after-sale technical service to customers plays a vital role in DM's development.As this aftersales team increases its size with people from different countries and races,various issues occur regarding communication,cooperation and efficiency due to different cultural backgrounds and value orientations.Such issues lead to a decline in customer satisfaction and obstruct DM's further growth in China to some extent.This thesis existing in focuses on DM's aftersales team as its study object,analyzes the managerial features and development model of cross-culture team,and proposed practical strategy and methods on how to optimize the management of cross-culture team.It starts with background and significance of the study,then analyzes theoretical foundations of domestic and oversea cross-culture team management in detail with special focus on the study of culture management issues exist in multinational.
