volume also increased.In the Chinese construction enterprises to a large number of international market contract projects,the international community has a lot of construction enterprises by China's huge construction market to attract,and then contract the Chinese construction projects.Project management in the construction business has played an extremely important role in the project management system is perfect,the management system is reasonable,the efficiency of management is the impact of the entire construction projects and even the success or failure of construction enterprises.At present,many overseas projects have received a lot of benefits,but some projects also because of the host country's policies and regulations,folk culture,religious beliefs are different,resulting with the host government agencies,organizations and local employees of the culture conflict.This is because the management caused the existence of contradictions.Overseas project management in different countries,ethnic groups,organizations,personnel,cultural differences will inevitably lead to cross-cultural business activities and management conflict.This makes the overseas project both the characteristics of the general project,but also because it is different from the home country culture environment,but also has its own characteristics.So how to meet the basic project management of overseas projects on the basis of cross-cultural management is the key to the success of the project.At present,some construction enterprises are not innovative and closely follow the development of
