With the development of globalization,under the general trend of building a community of common destiny for all mankind,China’s foreign economic and trade policies are gradually liberalized,and the speed of overseas expansion of Chinese enterprises is accelerating.In order to enhance the international business ability of enterprises and enhance the level of project management,international project contractors who go abroad have to implement territorial management.In this case,the overseas project team composed of members from different cultural backgrounds has become the main way of team organization.Cross-cultural project management and cross-cultural team building have become a problem that enterprises need to face up to and solve.The trust problem of cross-cultural team has attracted wide attention of scholars.How to understand and solve the trust problem of Chinese-funded enterprises facing cultural conflicts in specific countries has become a problem that overseas project teams must solve.This paper studies the trust factors of a company’s cross-cultural team in Equatorial Guinea SD project.This paper takes the cross-cultural team of SD project in Equatorial Guinea as the research background.Firstly,it analyzes the cultural background and environment of Equatorial Guinea,summarizes the characteristics of the project,and puts forward the research questions of this paper based on the previous research directions.Secondly,in view of the questions raised,read a large number of literature and summarize the research results of scholars on cross-cultural project management and team trust influencing factors,initially collect the influencing factors of trust,identify the influencing factors of trust in this study with the expert interview conclusion,and innovatively take the two characteristics of cross-cultural ability and project characteristics as team trust according to the characteristics of project team in this study Research dimension of any influence.Different from the previous scholars,the influencing factors of trust are divided into personal characteristics and team characteristics,personal characteristics,team characteristics and organizational characteristics.In this paper,trust factors are divided into three categories:cross-cultural ability factors,project characteristics factors,and team characteristics factors.Then,based on the three dimensions of trust factors,this paper reviews and puts forward relevant assumptions,and builds a team trust model.On this basis,design the verification scheme,choose the verification method,define the selection and test method of the scale,design the trust measurement and the questionnaire of trust influencing factors.Then through the questionnaire to collect data,through regression analysis method to analyze the relationship between influencing factors and trust,to verify the hypothesis model.Then according to the empirical conclusion of this study,aiming at the trust management of cross-cultural team of SD project in Equatorial Guinea,suggestions are put forward from four aspects:the improvement of cross-cultural ability,the improvement of project characteristics,the improvement of team characteristics and organizational measures,so as to improve the trust level of the team and promote the team building of cross-cultural projects,improve the level of project management and solve the implementation of cross-cultural projects And operational issues to provide a reference for improving and improving the performance of the project team.Finally,the paper summarizes the relationship between team trust and influencing factors and relevant measures,and puts forward the shortcomings of this study and prospects for future research.
