| With the accelerated arrival of market globalization,the phenomenon of social modernization,cross-international design,and cultural value is becoming more and more obvious.The frequent exchange of international multi-cultures makes the society gradually form a cross-cultural environment.For the cultivation of cross-cultural awareness to create an opportunity.With the close relationship between culture and design,cross-cultural design has gradually become an important measure to promote cultural development and increase the added value of products.On this basis,it is required that the product should be user-oriented in different countries in cross-cultural communication,and in the face of the world consumer groups,it is necessary to deeply analyze the differences of users in different cultural backgrounds.Integration of cross-cultural factors in modern product design will become the focus of innovative design in the international field of vision.China,as a new modern country,takes the traditional culture formed by the development of Chinese civilization for five thousand years to carry on the modernization development,and brings up the rich and colorful elements of China.It is necessary to set up the design method of cross-cultural product with Chinese elements as the starting point,endow the cultural function of the product,fully consider the cultural psychological difference of the foreign users,and transform the cultural connotation of both of them in the design level.It will help designers combine Chinese traditional culture with modern design,let foreign users get a correct interpretation of Chinese elements,improve the cultural identity across the world,and accelerate the cross-international export of Chinese element products.Based on the cross-cultural product design theory,this paper studies the cross-cultural differences based on the Hofstede cultural dimension model,and then uses the cultural difference model theory to study the user behavior under the influence of the values.To provide reference for product design,and select typical Chinese element products at home and abroad for case study.In this paper,the theory of "decod-coding" in cultural communication is considered in the aspect of Chinese element design,and the product design strategy of Chinese element is explored from the perspective of cross-culture.Finally,taking the theme of "Chinese elements" as the theme,the verification experiment and design practice in the face of foreign users are carried out to demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of product design of Chinese elements from the cross-cultural perspective. |
