Design And Application Of Expressway Pavement Maintenance Management Information System

While China is experiencing the rapid economic growth and the acceleration of urbanization,expressways are playing an increasingly vital role in the construction of the country's modern economic system and people's daily travel.In recent years,with the incremental number of expressways have been completed and opened to traffic,the continuous increase in traffic volume,and the continuous emergence of deep-level and complex diseases under heavy traffic have brought great challenges to the maintenance and management of expressways.The traditional expressway pavement maintenance management model has been unable to meet the needs under the new situation.It is necessary to achieve scientific and sustainable development of expressways maintenance management through technological and management innovation,thus to improve the efficiency of pavement maintenance management.This paper uses the literature data method,case analysis method and comparative analysis method to carry out specific problems in the management of expressway pavement maintenance from the aspects of work flow,project quality management,engineering internal management,maintenance database establishment,and maintenance of scientific decision-making.A comprehensive maintenance management information system has been designed by analyzing and studying the scheme.The system is oriented to the maintenance management business requirement and is based on business processes.It covers routine maintenance engineering,preventive maintenance engineering,repair and maintenance engineering management and maintenance decision support.It realizes the information management of maintenance engineering projects.The construction practice of expressway pavement intelligent management and control platform system in Anhui Province evaluates the implementation effect of maintenance management information system.The research results in this paper can provide a reference for the construction of expressway pavement maintenance management information system,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
