Study On Information Management In Expressway Extension Project

As the rapid development of construction technique, together with data quantity andinformation content from engineering construction exploding, the construction process,especially the construction process of expressway rebuilding, is becoming more and morecomplicated. How to manage and analyze the information of engineering construction simplyand visually, as well as serve designers and decision-makers effectively is a key factor toimprove construction management level and construction security. At present, domesticstudies on construction management of expressway building only concern some safetymonitoring, safety early warning, aided management system and risk emergency, there is nosystematic information management system for construction yet. Through building aninformation system for construction, various information could be delivered to policy-makingbody and relevant functional department accurately, timely and dynamically. At the same time,possible danger or danger occurred could be treated in time, which provides a reliablefoundation for efficient and orderly execution as well as construction quality assurance.In this paper, six aspects of investigations below are discussed:(1)The concept ofexpressway rebuilding informatization is studied, along with the function of expresswayrebuilding management system, on the basis of which, the overall framework of expresswayrebuilding management is put forward.(2)Relied on dynamic, the safety monitoring system ofconstruction security of expressway rebuilding is established. Furthermore, for the first time,monitoring system of traffic in the process of expressway rebuilding, in combination with GIStechnology and monitoring platforms, is proposed.(3)On the foundation of GIS, A securityearly warning system is proposed in the process of expressway extension. At the same timethe system database and the implementation platform is built.(4)For the first time, thetime-based construction management system of expressway engineering is proposed,meanwhile, content of system management is studied in detail, based on which, the system issupplied with a overall design and a detailed construction.(5)By building an emergencysystem in rebuilding engineering, the establishment step and content of the emergencypreparedness are investigated, what’s more, a command system of emergency is alsoestablished.(6)The structure selection, working platform of system software,together with thesystem hardware platform, are analyzed,which provides a foundation for the implementationof information management of expressway rebuilding.
