In recent years, the accelerated highway construction and aggravated maintenance task make the management of expressway maintenance face huge challenges. As for Hunan Province, the existing pavement maintenance management system has been basically realized the informationization management of expressway maintenance,but in the decision-making process of expressway minor repairs,there are still some problems,such as the maintenance scope of minor repairs is not clear, the estimate of the maintenance funds is extensive, and the process of management is still not standard.In this context, carrying out research on maintenance scope of minor repairs and funds calculation, designing a fine management system maintenance, will greatly enhance the level of the process of the decision-making of expressway maintenance,and realize the target of refinement management of expressway maintenance. The main research is as follows:?According to the pavement structure combination, structure form and the thickness of different mixture type and so on,typical pavement structures were classified of the expressway asphalt pavement in Hunan Province.Combined with the pavement disease statistics of the typical pavement structure section, determine the typical diseases of asphalt pavement of expressway in Hunan Province.?Based on the characteristics of typical diseases of asphalt pavement, refers to the problems of only using the current index of pavement distress PCI for pavement distress evaluation. Puts forward three auxiliary index for PCI, establishes a method of damage evaluation of pavement condition based on extension theory.?Around the problem of the maintenance scope of minor repairs is not clear of the expressway asphalt pavement,carrying out research on the applicability of expressway minor repairs,and presents a method of determining maintenance scope,which combine the threshold of single maintenance indicator and the value of index PRI of coexistence of multiple repair.?Put forward a method that estimate the maintenance funds of roadbed,facilities and green maintenance,which by the average value of the funds over theyears along as the minor repair highway funds reference value of the sixth year,and considering the influence of traffic flow, the opening years and geological and topographical conditions for correction of the reference value. The paper also puts forward a calculation model of asphalt pavement maintenance cost based on the of the pavement disease.?Based on the above research, design and develop a fine management system of maintenance,and finally accompany the goal of fine management of the expressway maintenance.
