Study On Risk Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Expressway Expansion Project

As an important part of the infrastructure construction system,expressway not only optimizes the national economic structure,but also improves the people's quality of life.However,with the rapid increase of the traffic volume of the expressway,the service level of the expressway is obviously reduced,the transportation cost is gradually increased,the load of some expressways has reached the limit,and the traffic congestion phenomenon appears,which seriously affects the service level of the road.Therefore,it is urgent to expand the capacity of the early built expressway.Firstly,this paper defines the expressway expansion project,and expounds the theory of risk management.Starting from the five stages of the expressway expansion project,this paper comprehensively identifies the risk factors of each stage,calculates that the construction stage has the highest risk,the construction preparation stage and the operation stage has the lowest risk.Finally,29 risk factors are identified,and the expressway is established List of risk factors for highway expansion project.Then it analyzes the design principles of the risk assessment index system,and constructs the risk assessment index system of the expressway expansion project from the three dimensions of the target layer,the standard layer and the index layer;and constructs the risk assessment model of the expressway expansion project based on the AHP and FCE evaluation methods.Finally,taking the second phase of Chengdu Chongqing Expressway Expansion and reconstruction project as an example,the result shows that the risk value of the project is 0.5264,which belongs to the medium risk,and puts forward corresponding risk response strategies for the risk factors with high risk and high weight in each phase of the project,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the second phase of Chengdu Chongqing Expressway Expansion and reconstruction project.
