To improve regional water transportation system,waterway regulation engineering guarantee reasonable water resources development and utilization plays an important role in promoting.But because this kind of project construction content,changing external environment,the engineering project implementation faces many uncertain factors,easy to cause risk events.Especially the construction phase of the personnel,equipment,materials,and other various types of construction management of complicated factors,makes this stage high rates of risk events section,a large number of recessive and dominant risk factors in construction process,this to a certain extent,affects the project can be smoothly completed,so the waterway engineering construction risk control work is particularly important.In this paper,based on the thick river waterway regulation project as the research object,the waterway regulation engineering construction risk analysis and evaluation are studied.Through the concrete application of project risk management related theory method,enables the engineering managers to fully grasp the early stage of the project and the overall level of all kinds of risks in the process of construction projects,and formulate the corresponding preparedness plans to reduce risk.Paper starting from the actual environment of waterway regulation engineering construction,construction of waterway regulation project risk analysis and evaluation,the theoretical basis of analysis of the connotation and main characteristics of construction risk,risk identification and evaluation of waterway regulation project of the main methods are introduced.From waterway regulation engineering construction management,organization and coordination,etc.By using the methods of expert investigation method to identify the project risk in the investment construction process,including personnel,materials,equipment,technology and environment and so on five aspects.On this basis,the paper based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and BP neural network to build the waterway regulation projectrisk evaluation model,from the personnel,materials,equipment,technology and environment such as the five dimensions waterway regulation project risk evaluation index system is constructed,and the waterway regulation project risk classification and the overall evaluation,on the basis of the evaluation results with waterway regulation project risk response and risk monitoring mechanism,guarantee the smooth implement of project construction.Research for the waterway regulation project of this paper provide theoretical basis for the construction and risk management,but also help to further improve the content and method of project risk evaluation of water conservancy projects,at the same time,provide decision-making basis for waterway regulation engineering construction management,reduce all kinds of risks,ensure project successfully completed.
