| The construction of expressway project is a very complex process,which involves project approval,bidding,contract performance,engineering technology and many other links.Moreover,the construction route of expressway project is long,the cycle is long,and the investment is large.Therefore,in the investment and construction management activities of expressway,it is bound to face unpredictable risks,which will affect the investment of expressway Construction of Engineering entities.In order to ensure the smooth construction of expressway project,risk management becomes extremely important.This paper takes the risk management of JQ expressway reconstruction and expansion project as the research topic.Firstly,through the summary of the research results at home and abroad,the important role of risk management in the process of project management and the characteristics of expressway project risk management are correctly recognized.Then,WBS-RBS method is used to identify the risk factors of JQ expressway reconstruction and expansion project,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the risk probability and risk hazard of the project.Finally,on the basis of risk identification and risk evaluation,combined with the relevant research results at home and abroad and the actual situation of the project,the corresponding risk response measures and suggestions are constructed.Through the research of this paper,it is identified that there are seven first-class risks in the reconstruction and expansion project of JQ expressway,including personnel risk,material risk,mechanical equipment risk,environmental risk,management risk,contract risk and technical risk,and 26 second-class risks subdivided from them.From the results of risk assessment,it can be seen that the overall risk of JQ highway reconstruction and expansion project belongs to level Ⅲrisk,but it is inclined to the upper limit of level Ⅲ risk.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the reconstruction and expansion project of JQ expressway,this paper formulates corresponding countermeasures for the level Ⅱ risk with greater impact on the project.In this paper,by using risk management means,without adverse impact on the construction of JQ highway reconstruction and expansion project,the risk management level of the whole company of the project is improved,the daily construction management work of each department is well connected,the management tasks between each department are coordinated as a whole,and the overall anti risk ability of the project is enhanced.At the same time,this kind of risk management method has certain reference value and reference function for other expressway projects and even for the whole construction industry. |
