Study On Applicable Aging Renovation Of Existing Residential Areas In Yichang Based On Research Of Health Data And Typical Community Survey

The aging situation of China's social population is becoming increasingly severe.The degree of aging in Yichang City is higher than that of Hubei Province and China as a whole.In the future,home care for the elderly will continue to dominate in the development pattern of China's care for the elderly.The existing old communities will become home care for the elderly.Important carrier.The enthusiasm for policies related to aging and transformation has continued to increase,and the pilot projects have been updated.However,there are still many shortcomings in practice.Finding problems and putting forward corresponding implementation suggestions have research value.Based on the 2015 national data of China Health and Pension Survey(CHARLS),this article first analyzes the current status of aging in urban and middle-aged and elderly people's homes in China and its impact on residents' subjective well-being,and finds a nationwide application of aging assessment.Indicator variables.The results show that the aging situation of middle-aged and elderly people in urban areas in China needs to be strengthened;explanatory variables such as basic conditions,living assistance,sanitary facilities and sensory factors,and control variables such as personal,family,and regional characteristics have significant effects on subjective well-being of middle-aged and elderly people.There are significant differences in the factors affecting the subjective well-being of middle-aged and elderly people in cities and towns in different regions.Next,based on the empirical analysis results of CHARLS,domestic and international literature,and related design specifications,this paper summarizes the indicators of community-appropriate ageing and constructs a community-appropriate ageing indicator system that is suitable for the existing ageing and needs assessment of existing residential areas.Taking this indicator system as the direction,205 middle-aged and elderly residents in 7 typical communities in 5 districts of Yichang were selected to conduct questionnaire surveys and visits to assess the deficiencies in the aging status of the community's hardware and software environment.Evaluation of aging indicators.Then,in order to understand the implementation priorities of different age-appropriate indicators in the community-appropriate ageing reform,this article takes Yichang,which has a middle income and an average elderly living standard,as an example.Based on the local implementation and improvement of the community,theoretical assumptions are proposed based on relevant research literature..Based on the survey data of typical communities in Yichang,the constructed index model is analyzed,and the weights of all the research variables are determined by factor analysis method based on the data results,and a structural equation model suitable for the assessment of suitable ageing of the middle-aged and elderly communities in Yichang is constructed.In the end,this article puts forward the appropriate ageing update and transformation strategies and measures for the typical communities in Yichang according to the weighting of the ageing indicators.In order to improve the aging status of the hardware environment of the typical community in Yichang,this paper proposes that the indoor characteristics of middleaged and elderly residents and the needs of home care for the elderly should be adjusted to five indoor areas such as ventilation equipment,constant temperature equipment,and five public areas such as height difference and vertical transportation The corresponding aging indicators are taken to take corresponding transformation measures;in order to improve the current aging conditions of the software community in the typical community of Yichang City,the problems of the home care service system are analyzed from the four perspectives of fund raising,standardization,facility construction and service demand,and from the government Responsibilities,planning standards,and social participation describe the solution to system problems from three perspectives.
