Strategy And Practice Of Urban Residential Space Renewal Under The Smart Home-based Elderly Care Model

At present,the development of digital technology in the aging era provides more options for the implementation of home care for the elderly in urban areas.The residential renewal brought by the process of urbanization,combined with this,carries out "intelligent" intervention in the interior space of the old residential buildings in urban areas,so as to explore new design strategies.By giving full play to the advantages of information technology to optimize the elderly service system,improve the security,convenience and comfort of home life of the elderly,but also can extend the service life of the house,reduce energy consumption,save social resources,etc.In this thesis,the smart home care model as a breakthrough point to the old residential district interior space renewal strategy for in-depth research.First of all,it conducts theoretical research on the smart home care model,conducts in-depth research and summarizes the concept,characteristics,operation mode,technology application,advantages and values of the smart home care model,and analyzes the difference between the smart home care model and the intelligent care model,providing a theoretical basis for the "smart" update of urban residential space.Secondly,the development history of Chinese urban housing,the evolution of various functional areas in the residential interior,the age structure and living structure of the old residential residents,etc.,combined with the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly to sort out their use needs for the renewal of the "intelligent" residential interior space,providing the basis for the "intelligent" interior space embedding.Thirdly,based on the theoretical research on the smart home care mode and urban residential space,this thesis proposes three updating principles that should be followed under the smart home care mode: evaluation first,coordination as a whole and stratification step by step,and proposes corresponding updating strategies based on various indoor functional Spaces.Finally,under the guidance of principles and strategies,combined with the interior space of the B unit of the family building in Wenchang Campus of Mine University,the design practice is carried out,aiming at the unique needs of residents for the elderly service,to further verify the adaptability and feasibility of the "intelligent" renewal design principle and strategy of the old residential space.
