| The rising of the aging process in the world and the increasing economy of our people's economy,life and medical level have led to a longer and longer life expectancy.It has also made our country the largest number of the elderly in the past.The proportion of aging is also advancing by leaps and bounds.According to China's current social,economic,cultural traditions and other reasons,making China's pension model will be universal and long-term home in the "home-based care" model,So as its carrier the existing residential areas is the key part of the renovation because most of these residential areas were built in the early stages of reform and opening up and they do not meet the "home-based care" needs of the elderly.In addition,due to the rapid development of China's economic development level,resulting in the people living in residential buildings,outdoor activities,the requirements of the space environment is also growing,especially for the elderly,their living needs have updated requirements,Health,comfortable and elderly-oriented needs of the elderly has become a new era of the elderly expectation and demand for home-based care characteristics.This paper chooses the city Shenyang which is the provincial capital of Liaoning province,and also the five central municipal districts which have more old residential as the main research area.This thesis uses the methods of literature reading,questionnaire survey,field observation,summary analysis and other methods,with the architectural design theory,the psychological and physiological situation of the elderly,based on the status that existing residential area in Shenyang and the mental and physical condition of the elderly,As well as the actual needs of the elderly for the focus of targeted renovation of the proposed strategy.The purpose is to try to solve the contradiction between old residential area with a low degree of aging and the actual needs of the living in "home-based care" model are higher,in the new era also in Shenyang.Through the transformation of the design strategy proposed for the future of the old residential area suitable for aging transformation play a reference and guidance in Shenyang.The renovation of the strategy for the final improvement of the elderly in Shenyang,the elderly to make a certain contribution to the quality of life.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)In the first chapter,the author puts forward the background of the research,the subject of the study,the purpose and significance of it,and the development of the framework of the paper;The second chapter is about the basic concepts of the study,the theory of elderly-oriented,as well as the summary study about status of the "home-based care" and the renovation of elderly-oriented.(2)Chapter 3 is the core research section of this thesis,through the five districts of the old residential area of the current situation of pension research and the elderly on the old residential area of the main problems and housing needs of the two point of departure in Shenyang City.Combined with the two parts of this article to provide a realistic basis for the reality in order to renovation the strategy.Making the later part of the strategy becomes evidence.(3)The fourth and fifth chapters are the core strategies of this thesis,respectively elaborated the details of the living area of the old residential area including living space,indoor and outdoor activities the environment and equipped with facilities of the elderly-oriented renovation strategy.According to the detailed needs of the elderly,According to the detailed needs of the elderly,the renovation of the part of the detailed strategic description of the outdoor activities of the different space for the actual design,as well as the renovation of the case description.And thus put forward the old residential area of the renovation strategy from the architectural space to the outdoor activities of a comprehensive space in Shenyang City. |
