Research For Residence Elderly-oriented Renovation Design Based On The Home Based Elderly Care

In recent years,home-based elderly care has been proposed by the government.Meanwhile,with the decline of the quantity of new dwellings in urban area and the change in demand which by elderly who live in existed residence.Under this combined influence of these factors,the elderly-oriented design has been raised to a new level.As the carrier of activities to support the elderly in their retirement homes,residential houses should provide a safe and comfortable living environment for the elderly living in them.However,the spatial structure features of existing houses built at different times in history,and the individual differences in their own experience and physical conditions.The difference in people's understanding of the aging environment and other factors,the existing housing in the degree of aging still has great room for development,and at the same time,China's aging started late but rapid development.It is still in the groping stage in the design and transformation of the suitable aging of the house.In addition,compared with other countries,the functional details of the existing houses in China are also at a low level.This paper analyzes the characteristics of existing homes,excavates the daily needs of the elderly,looks for feasible methods for home improvement,refers to relevant standards and norms,and explores the principles and precautions of home improvement based on the home pension model,so as to better meet the elderly home environment.Solve the environmental problems of the elderly living at home and better cope with the arrival of an aging society.
