Research On Risk Management Of Auto Parts Development Project In WF Company

China's automobile industry has been booming in recent years,and China's automobile market has become the largest and growing automobile market in the world.With the expansion of market scale and technological progress,the corresponding auto parts enterprises are also growing,but their management level does not keep up with the speed of enterprise scale expansion,there are many defects.Especially in the risk management of product development projects,many parts enterprises can not effectively control the risk of their product development projects.Therefore,auto parts enterprises need to be aware of the importance of risk management,and in the implementation process of specific development projects,improve management methods,establish appropriate management system to deal with the risks of the project,to ensure the smooth completion of the project.In this paper,WF company is taken as the research object.Based on the risk management theory,according to the steps of risk identification,risk evaluation and risk response,the risk management of its parts development project is studied.First of all,through the summary of relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper clarifies the research background and significance of this paper,and summarizes the basic concepts and theories involved in the research process of this paper,which lays the foundation for the development of the full text research.Then,combined with the characteristics and development process of the parts development project of WF company,the risk factors that may exist in the project are identified;then,based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the risk evaluation system of the parts development project of WF company is constructed,and the existing risk factors are quantitatively evaluated.Finally,according to the results of risk identification and evaluation,the corresponding countermeasures are made for various risk factors,so as to provide technical support for the smooth progress of WF company's parts development project,improve product quality,improve competitiveness.Through the research of this paper,it is identified that the risk sources contained in the current WF company's parts development project are composed of four parts,including technical aspects,management aspects,economic aspects and political aspects,which can be subdivided into 45 kinds.Combined with the risk types,this paper analyzes the probability and damage degree of each risk in the project,then uses AHP method to establish the evaluation system and quantify the risk impact,to help WF company compare the risk of different projects.Four risk coping strategies are applied to deal with high-risk events obtained from project evaluation.These coping methods are detailed and implemented into the project management process of four stages and six departments of the company,and necessary deliverables for passing the gate are checked,so as to realize continuous and effective monitoring of risk events.The research results of this paper are applied in the development of m-parts project of WF company,and a practical risk management process and method are established,which not only effectively monitors the known risk events at the start of m-parts development project,but also continuously identifies,evaluates and monitors the risk events in the process of project development,and has a complete risk management ability..
