| The thesis,with an eye of commercial vehicle parts industry,which takes an important role in the national economic activities.The commercial vehicle parts enterprises and commercial vehicle enterprises are closely related and mutually dependent with each other.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of the application between upstream and downstream products.The traditional project management method is widely used in the product application and development project by the commercial vehicle and parts enterprises,however,each enterprise’s project management maturity is uneven.In the future,commercial vehicle enterprises are facing the following challenges: Technical upgrade pressure required by stricter regulations and standards,the fierce competition in the buyer’s market,cost pressures due to homogeneous competition and more diverse user needs.The efficiency,flexibility and response speed of the traditional project management will be difficult to meet the requirements of the new situation.Based on the traditional project management,the thesis provide ways of improving by using lean and agile ideas and agile project management concept and methods.Combined with the analysis of the project management situation and main problems in outstanding commercial vehicle parts company B,the thesis put forward the solution of adaptive project management concept by classification.Among all,the author emphasize a new idea of hybrid project management,which applies the lean and agile ideas and methods in the traditional project management sub projects or project stages.Through adapting the traditional project management process,flexible usage of various models of project management life cycle(PMLC),enhancement of customer participation in project management,adaptation of the project organization and project culture,the thesis explores the various ways of improving project management agility and quality,early deliver customer value,improve customer satisfaction and enhance the ability of enterprises to adapt to the new challenges.Based on the practical application of lean-agile concept,and hybrid project management in the S project of company B,the thesis study how to apply the hybrid project management practice in the real life,and evaluate the effectiveness of the practice. |
