Research On Automobile Electronic Project Risk Management

Automotive manufacturing is a complex systems engineering.Any small risk may affect the overall quality of the car,and even threaten the safety of drivers and pedestrians.Automotive product development project risk management is to discover various kinds of risks in the process of product development by identifying risks,the use of reasonable methods,techniques and tools,which can effective control the risk,and avoid or reduce the loss of uncertain of risk occurrence probability,and reduce serious consequences.The paper gives a general description of the knowledge related to project risk t management summarized,It also provides some personal experiences in project risk management(automatic antiglare rearview mirror of automobile),and the procedure of it.First,in the project risk management planning,the provisions of the risk management methods and tools,and personnel allocation matrix are settled.Secondly,use the WBS,brainstorming,fishbone diagram,risk register and tool of risk and other methods and tools to identify the risk.Thirdly,according to the risk factor score table,probability and the influence of the matrix of risk identification,qualitative analysis is carried out.Fourth,use the decision tree method for the quantitative analysis of specific risk.Fifth,through the combination of risk strategy,formulate the risk response measures.Last,use the risk tracking matrix,earned value method tools to do risk monitoring.In the whole process of the project,monitor the identified risks and identify new risks.Finally,the project risk management problems and deficiencies are summarized,which further prove the necessary of automotive project risk management and accumulate experience for projects in the future.
