In project management,project risk management plays an important role.KBD company plans to implement MES project in relevant business centers,and through the operation of the project,explore the standardized operation mode of MES system in the company.The project is a systems engineering,and is not limited to simple hardware and software system of purchase,also involves the implementation of advanced management thought,the restructuring and optimization of interests and resources of the enterprise.the standard of management mode and the business process.the complexity of relationship determines the MES system carry out necessary implied greater risk.They are likely to occur,could also be avoided,but once happened,will cause serious influence to the whole MES system,and can lead to project failure.For KBD company,therefore,in the MES project risk management research is necessary.In this paper we found out the research progress of project risk management,summarized the relevant theories of project risk management.On this basis,according to the ideas of risk identification,risk assessment and risk prevention,this paper studies the implementation of MES project in KBD company.First of all,the risk factors are identified by the combination of brainstorming method,A-type graphic method(KJ method)and Likert scoring method.Secondly,using the FMEA method to evaluate the risk of indicators,combined with the risk assessment results,failure modes of high risk degree and severity of risk countermeasures of continuous input.Finally,after several rounds of FMEA analysis,the risk of the project risk degree is reduced greatly.Analysis process and results also for other manufacturing enterprises in IT project risk management experience,has certain reference significance.
