Under the background of rapid economic growth in China,people's demand for convenient transportation is increasing.With the acceleration of urban construction,the number of highway construction projects is also growing rapidly year by year.There are many procedures,long process and wide range of highway engineering construction,which are greatly influenced by natural conditions,social factors,economic environment and other external factors.Project risk is the fatal factor of engineering construction.Therefore,in different life cycle stages of road engineering construction,how to comprehensively and accurately identify the risk factors in the process of highway engineering construction,how to reasonably analyze and evaluate the risk factors,and put forward targeted prevention and response management measures,so as to minimize the possible losses in the construction process It is of great significance to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.In view of the risk management of large-scale highway engineering construction projects,some research work has been done at home and abroad,and some identification,evaluation and management methods have been studied,so that the risk of large-scale highway engineering can be quantitatively evaluated.Comprehensive research in this field in China shows that there is still great research value for the risk management of large-scale highway construction projects at present.Among the risk analysis and evaluation methods used in domestic research,there are still insufficient methods for quantitative analysis of results.The purpose of risk management is not only to avoid risks,but also to put forward reasonable,scientific and reliable response measures,so as to ensure the smooth construction of the project and the completion of the scheduled objectives of the project.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out effective risk management for engineering projects.Based on the thoughts,theories and methods of project risk management and the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this thesis expounds the basic theory of project risk management.The risk factors in the process of highway project construction are analyzed and determined systematically.Combined with the specific situation of the project,the fuzzy AHP evaluation method is used to evaluate the project risk,and the corresponding project risk control countermeasures are proposed.To explore the establishment of a more scientific and reasonable risk assessment system,to ensure that the construction project can be completed on time,with quality and quantity guaranteed,to achieve the expectedconstruction goals of the project,and to provide a reference and summary of experience for the investment decision-making of highway construction projects,and to provide reference and guidance for similar project management in the future.
