| Project risk management is the object of management const ruction management.It can idontify,evaluate and deal with the possible risks in the project in order to reduce the risk of project construct ion.The highway is a large government project with typical period characteristics in the engineering construction.The scale is large,the time span is long,the imploetation is difficult and the process is complicated.Therefore,there are many factors that cannot be estimated in the process of project implementation.The risk of.each specialty is also relatively large.During the construction of’ highway,it also has the characteristics of poor outdoor environment,high alttude or underground construction and significant public opinion influence.If any accident happens,it will not only generate huge economic losses,but also bring the negative public opinion to the government and transportation departments.From the view of risk management theory,the purpose of applying risk management to highway construction is to reduce the risk of project by analyzing different types of risks,eliminating adverse effects and improving the efficiency of project construction management.The paper takes Fujian GW highway for example.This project has the long route mileage,large-scale investment and the long construction period,so it also has a number of risks in the construction process.The risk management theory will be used in the construction period to identify and evaluate the specific risk,and then in accordance with the results of the evaluation,it will take appropriate risk prevention or control measures on the larger risk and general risk factors to ensure the smooth completion of the project on time and effective management approach.First of all,the author has reviewed the relevant information about the development and research of risk management,and put forward the basic concept and theoretical basis of the later study.In order to achieve the multi-level risk management of the whole project,it decides to use the analytic hierarchy process and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the evaluation model.Next,the paper identify the risk profiles based on the characteristics of the.Fujian GW highway construction projects,the main risks include social risk,economic risk,legal risk,preparation risk,design risk,construction risk,supervision risk and acceptance risk,and then it establishes the risk index system.According to the previous estanlished model,the risk index of each level is calculated to fi ind out the bigger risk and the general risk factor.The corresrponding management.measures are put forward according to the.actual siuation of this project.Finally,the paper summarizes the risk management of Fujian GW highway construction project for future research. |
