With the rapid development of expressway construction in China,the construction scale and difficulty are also increasing,and the construction period is becoming longer and longer,which makes the uncertain factors more and more,and the project construction risk is also gradually increasing.Therefore,paying attention to construction risk management plays a positive role in promoting the healthy and orderly development of high-speed construction projects.This thesis takes the construction risk management of highway engineering construction project as the research object.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theoretical research and literature at home and abroad,firstly,the risk management of expressway construction stage is elaborated in detail from the aspects of highway project characteristics analysis,risk management process,project risk analysis and risk evaluation methods Secondly,according to the risk characteristics of JJT highway project construction,the Delphi method is used to identify and screen the risk factors in the construction of the project,and the construction risk management index system of JJT highway project is constructed;thirdly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the construction risk management index system;finally,according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the construction risk management index system is comprehensively evaluated The evaluation results put forward the risk coping strategies and measures.The main purpose of this thesis is to provide an effective method for the construction risk management of highway engineering projects.Combined with the actual case of JJT highway project,through the effective identification of risks in the construction process,improve the awareness of risk management,help it establish a set of scientific and perfect risk management mechanism,which can reduce the risk management decision-making errors caused Loss has important theoretical and practical significance.
