Research On Risk Management Of X Expressway Construction Project

Expressway contributes to the rapid development of social economy,plays a significant role in accelerating the progress of productivity,and is an inevitable product of social and economic development.Because expressway projects are characterized by large quantities,long construction time,wide scope and large investment,there are a lot of risks and uncertain factors in the construction process of expressway projects.These risks and uncertain factors will directly affect the control of the total cost and construction period of expressway projects,affect the normal development in the early stage of the project and whether the project can be successfully completed in the later stage.How to identify and evaluate the risks in the construction of expressway construction projects,and then take appropriate measures to manage the risks,to minimize the hazards and losses brought by risks to the construction of expressway construction projects,and to successfully complete the construction objectives of expressway projects are the most concerned issues of expressway construction parties.This paper studies the risk management of X expressway construction project from the perspective of the construction party.The full text consists of six chapters.On the basis of fully reading and collecting relevant documents,books and network resources and systematically sorting them out,relevant theories such as project risk,project risk management and project risk management process are studied.Based on the analysis of the process of risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and monitoring,a risk management system suitable for X highway construction project is proposed.This paper uses the method of "questionnaire star" questionnaire survey and expert interview to identify the risks of the x highway project from four aspects of construction,society,nature and management,and constructs a list of risk factors of the x highway project.then it analyzes the identified risks through the risk assessment method of analytic hierarchy process,and concludes that the main risks of the x highway construction project are land acquisition and relocation risks,construction personnel risks,material quality risks,safety risks,economic risks and technical risks.Finally,using the project management theory and methods,combined with the actual situation of X highway construction projects,the paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and monitoring strategies for construction risks,social risks,natural risks and management risks respectively.The purpose of this paper is to help the X highway construction project to find a solution to the risks,reduce the possibility of risks in the construction,and assist the project to be carried out and completed smoothly.
