With the continuous development of power network in China,the challenges faced by power enterprises in the process of development are becoming more and more serious.As an important support for the development of electric power industry in our country,the power grid construction project is of great significance to the vigorous development of electric power industry in our country by optimizing its overall internal control activities and avoiding the internal risk mechanism.However,it should be paid attention to,although the scale of power grid construction projects in China is increasing,but the risks faced by power grid construction projects are also increasing.At present,the main risk in the construction project of power grid in our country is the imperfection and imperfection of internal control activities..Under the background of supply-side reform,the national power grid has to carry out internal control management to reduce the risk.In today’s socialized mass production,sound internal control is the stabilizer of the development of power grid construction projects.There is a positive proportional relationship between the importance of power grid construction project and internal control.Risk assessment is the core of risk management of power grid infrastructure projects.Scientific risk assessment should be based on risk identification.Power grid infrastructure projects involve power transmission and transformation projects,line technical transformation,production and management facilities,material storage,transportation and inspection infrastructure and other projects.On the one hand,the risk factors of these projects are different;on the other hand,many risk factors are embedded in similar business processes.This requires us to consider not only the generality of risk classification,but also the reality of the project when carrying out risk identification and evaluation.According to the business process of power grid infrastructure projects,this paper focuses on the two stages of project start-up and implementation,and combs and summarizes the common risks.Then,this paper introduces the mainstream methods of risk identification and risk assessment,and discusses their advantages and limitations.In particular,the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)can avoid the loss of evaluation efficiency caused by the consistency of judgment matrix in the traditional Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).On this basis,this paper chooses a representative project-110 KV new substation project,and carries out risk assessment as an example.The result of risk evaluation shows that the overall risk of the project is between medium risk and low risk,but the bidding risk,design risk and schedule management risk are higher before the start of the project.Specifically,in the absence of appropriate approval,illegal bidding activities;inadequate depth of preliminary design,unable to meet the start-up requirements;inadequate pre-planning of materials and equipment,not in place in time are the three factors with the highest risk level and the largest risk weight.Therefore,this paper puts forward a relatively clear risk response measures.
