With the development of China's social and economic development and the strength of enterprises,China's enterprises are getting more and more out of the country to participate in the construction of international projects.Based on this background,this paper makes a research on the risk management of Chinese enterprises in the international contract by using the methods of literature analysis,consulting and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).The research of this paper is based on the comprehensive analysis of the results of previous studies,combined with the new problems and the new situation in our country.The significance of the international project risk management lies in: first,the project risk management is to decrease because of the risk of loss;second,project risk management is conducive to the project continued to promote;second,the project risk management is to improve the feasibility of the project plan and maintenance of enterprise reputation.International project risk identification is a process that is full,full time,dynamic and comprehensive identification.It needs to pay special attention to risk sources,risk events and risk warning signs.The way of risk identification includes document review,risk information collection,verification table,hypothesis analysis and graphic technology.International project risk assessment and evaluation is one of the core contents of project risk management.The content of project risk assessment includes macro risk factors,risk factors and technical risk factors.The index system of risk assessment is an important basis for the analysis and evaluation.This paper determines the 3 primary evaluation indexes,two 10 level evaluation indexes and three 37 level evaluation indexes.The evaluation model of this paper is based on the AHP model and the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model,which is based on the proposed FAHP model.Method of international project risk response include risk avoidance,risk retention,risk transfer and loss control.In the end,the paper evaluates the political risk,contract risk,economic risk and cultural risk of the Nigeria railway modernization project.Evaluation results show that the risk level of the project as a general,can be invested.At last,the paper summarizes the research of the full text.
