Study On The Assembly Progress Management Of The Technical Renovation Project Of W?rtsil? Qiyao Auxiliary Generator Set

In 2017,the new design phase of the auxiliary generator set will be developed by Wartsila.The change of the core technology will increase the nominal speed of the generator from 900/1 0000rpm to 1200/1 000rpm.This improvement of speed enables the competitive advantage to be realized,the rated power increases but does not change the function of the generator,and reduces the absolute cost of the 60Hz generator set,while keeping the same volume and weight of engine.Based on the theory of project schedule management,using network planning technique,assisted by technical renovation project of Wartsila Qiyao auxiliary generator as the background,first determine project research ideas and methods,then select the project assembly progress planning methods and project assembly progress control method,finally work out the project assembly progress plan and also optimize the progress plan,ensure that the 1200 rpm project can be delivered on time with quality assurance.This paper mainly conducts research from the following three aspects:(1)Adopt a variety of project management methods,such as work breakdown structure,to determine the assembly operation contents and decompose the assembly process of the technical renovation project of the auxiliary generator unit.(2)Make use of milestone plans,Gantt charts,network diagrams and other tools to compile and analyze the assembly progress plan of the auxiliary generator set.(3)Analyze the factors affecting the assembly progress,and put forward the corresponding solutions and the management methods of correcting deviation.Wartsila Qiyao has delivered many auxiliary generator sets in the development of recent years,but there is no specific research have been carried out to the project schedule management,through the project assembly progress management of technical renovation project of auxiliary generator set,not only can make the generator assembly in order to efficiently,and make the management capacity of generator assembly also can get improvement,lay a foundation for the enterprise development in the future.
