Study On International Logistics And Regional Economic Coordination For The Development And Evolution Of China Railway Express(Chongqing) Under The "belt And Road" Initiative

In recent years,due to the unprecedented strength of national strategy in supporting Chongqing’s inland opening-up,a series of opening policies and port layout have focused on Chongqing.For further promoting Chongqing to play a leading role in the construction of the "Belt and Road " Initiative,focusing on the two aspects of China Railway Express(Chongqing),Chongqing international logistics and regional economy,aiming at the main problems of international logistics and regional economic coordinated development oriented to the development and evolution of China Railway Express(Chongqing)in the " Belt and Road " background,this paper aims to put forward the research on the interaction ability and linkage development of Chongqing international logistics and regional economy.Based on the basic ideas,principles and concepts of international logistics,regional economy,industrial economy and Synergetics,this paper adopts qualitative and quantitative research methods such as literature review,comparative analysis,theory and empirical research at home and abroad,and issues oriented research is carried out around three aspects:(1)Contribution of China Railway Express(Chongqing)to international logistics.Explain the contribution and influence of logistics infrastructure,logistics network and logistics economy on Chongqing international logistics;(2)Measure the degree of coordination and build Haken Model.This paper explains the coordination mechanism and internal coordination development motivation of Chongqing international logistics and regional economy,constructs the coordination degree model of Chongqing international logistics and regional economy composite system by using entropy weight method and grey correlation analysis method,empirically calculates the order degree and coordination degree value of the two,and evaluates the coordination degree,and on the basis of the model,constructs the Haken Model of Chongqing international logistics and regional economy.The potential function is optimized and the collaborative volution process is analyzed in detail according to the potential function curve;(3)Based on the game theory and the evolution of China Railway Express(Chongqing),this paper establishes a game model of cooperative evolution between China Railway Express(Chongqing)carrier enterprises and cargo agglomeration enterprises(cargo owners).The results show that:(1)at present,the contribution and influence of China Railway Express(Chongqing)to Chongqing’s international logistics are relatively large and highlycorrelated,while the degree of coordination between Chongqing’s international logistics and regional economy is relatively low,which is still in the primary stage,and the two have not reached a stable and balanced state,and the collaborative development capacity needs to be further improved;(2)Based on the cooperative evolutionary game model constructed by the China Railway Express(Chongqing)as an example,it is found that the game strategies of both sides are to choose coordinated development or non coordinated development,and the choice of strategies is related to the initial investment cost,expected revenue and the degree of interdependence,which is very unfavorable to enhance the collaborative development ability of Chongqing’s international logistics and regional economy;(3)Establish the internal and external coordination mechanism of Chongqing’s international logistics and regional economy.The internal mechanism includes goal coordination,linkage development,information sharing and risk sharing.The external mechanism includes the realization of competitive development of different industries and multi-party cooperation of countries along the line.The research results have theoretical value and practical value.
