The research is intended for 1)to study the perspective of passengers who flew direct flight on Tianjin-Bangkok route 2)to analysis the competitiveness of international airline on Tianj in-Bangkok route based on SWOT analysisIn this study,the researcher uses quantitative method.Primary data were collected from a sample of 150 passengers who flew direct flight on Tianj in-Bangkok or Bangkok-Tianjin route.The purposive sampling method by online questionnaire and paper-based questionnaire were selected to collect survey data during the period on January 2019.The secondary data were collected from the study of research data,including books,academic articles,thesis,related research,and related information.The study indicated that passengers are satisfied with direct flight on Tianj in-Bangkok route right now.The result shows that safety is the most impact criteria on the overall customer to purchase a flight ticket on this route,followed by price,flight frequencies,and reputation of the airline.When considered airline as an individual,it is found that Air China as the one and only full-service carrier on this route has a flight to Suvarnabhumi airport,the main hub in Thailand.Meanwhile,NokScoot and Thai Lion Air,two low-cost carriers use cost leadership.NokScoot uses the largest airline on this route but also paid more fuel-cost.Thai Lion Air normally offers the cheapest flight ticket with all facilities.The researcher wishes that this study is more or less beneficial to improve flight in this route and hence bring benefits to the airline,customer,and country.
