Research On Comprehensive Competitiveness Evaluation Of Qingdao Port

With the continuous expansion of the scale of world economic integration,the demand for modern logistics services has been increasing,and the modern logistics industry has been fully developed.As an important bridge of trade,port logistics has also achieved rapid development.At the same time,with the implementation of the"The Belt and Road" and the Yangtze River economic belt construction strategy,the competition between ports has become increasingly fierce.In order to analyze the competitive level of Qingdao port company,find the way to improve the competitiveness of Qingdao port company,make the company gain the development advantage in the fierce competition,this paper determines the research topic of the comprehensive competitiveness evaluation of Qingdao port.In this paper,Qingdao port company as the research object,to analyze the comprehensive competitiveness of Qingdao port company as the purpose of the study,to evaluate the current development strength of Qingdao port company,to provide the basis for Qingdao port company to understand its own competitive level.This paper first combs the relevant literature about the research on port competitiveness at home and abroad,summarizes the research methods and research framework,and selects the research method and analysis framework suitable for this research,and then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the present Qingdao port company and the opportunities,the opportunities,the opportunities,the opportunities,and the opportunities to be faced by the SWOT analysis method.The evaluation index system of Qingdao port company's comprehensive competitiveness is built on the basis of the analysis results.Then the relative weight of each index is analyzed and calculated by the analytic hierarchy process,and the relative importance of each index to the evaluation of the comprehensive competitiveness of Qingdao port company is determined.The comprehensive competitiveness of Qingdao port company is quantitatively analyzed,so as to analyze the competitiveness of Qingdao port company.This paper makes an empirical study on the comprehensive competitiveness of Qingdao port company.The conclusion is that the competitiveness of Qingdao port company is 72.384,which is between the general and strong level,and the competitiveness needs to be further promoted.In order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of Qingdao port company,this paper suggests that the company will provide customers with higher quality services from the aspects of speeding up the construction of container terminals,further expanding port functions.accelerating the integration of port resources,and providing continuous improvement services.
