| After the reform and opening up,the development of China's civil aviation industry has undergone drastic changes,and with the arrival of the new normal of China's economic development,GX airlines face enormous opportunities and challenges.Therefore,the development of an effective development strategy has an important role in promoting its development.This paper takes GX airline as the research object,analyzes the environment it faces in development,and formulates development strategies and safeguard measures.Starting from the enterprise development strategy,this paper not only analyzes the relevant theories of enterprise development strategy,but also uses SWOT,“Porter Five Force Model” and PEST analysis method to analyze the macro environment,competition environment and internal environment that GX Airlines faces.The development strategy has been formulated,and specific safeguard measures have been proposed from the aspects of human resource planning,risk control,service marketing,brand building and system security,which can not only effectively promote the operational development of GX Airlines,but also The development of aviation enterprises provides reference.Through the research of this paper,it is found that the development prospect of air transport industry is still good.As a part of the national transportation system,air transportation has its own uniqueness and strong competitiveness in the medium and long-distance transportation market.At the same time,the air transport industry is also facing the threat of high bargaining power of suppliers such as fuel oil and aircraft manufacturing,and potential alternative products such as high-speed rail transportation.From the perspective of the whole industry,the development of uncertainty is relatively large.It shows the necessity of scientific development research strategy.From the analysis of GX's own situation,this paper draws the conclusion that GX has the conditions to adopt the growth-oriented development strategy. |
