| The Fukushima nuclear accident in 2011 has once again triggered deep thinking and Discussion on the safety of nuclear power around the world,and has also led countries to re-examine their own nuclear power development plans.The development of nuclear power in the world has gone through a short period of low ebb.Although some countries have expressed their intention to abandon nuclear power gradually,most countries still say that they should continue to develop nuclear power vigorously and take nuclear energy as an important support for low-carbon energy and even for the whole energy.As a low-carbon clean and mature energy,nuclear power is an important strategic choice for China to reduce greenhouse gas emissions,improve the climate environment,ensure energy supply security,optimize energy structure and achieve sustainable economic development.After the Fukushima accident,China carried out a major nuclear safety inspection,and proposed that new nuclear power units must meet the safety standards of the third generation of nuclear power.It is the main theme of current domestic nuclear power development to develop nuclear power efficiently on the basis of ensuring safety.The construction of nuclear power plant can be divided into several stages,such as design,construction,commissioning and trial operation.The design stage spans the longest time,from the preliminary feasibility study of site selection to the completion of construction work,which is accompanied by the development of design work.Design is the foundation and basis of the whole nuclear power plant construction.Equipment procurement,civil construction,installation,commissioning,start-up and operation maintenance are all based on design.The safety,reliability and even economy of the nuclear power plant are largely determined by the rationality of design.Therefore,design quality is an important factor affecting the safety,quality,even schedule and investment of nuclear power plants,and design quality management is an important part of nuclear power project management.Firstly,the basic theories and methods of project management and quality management are summarized,and the quality assurance requirements of HAF003 and GB/T19001-2008 are compared and analyzed.On the basis of the above-mentioned basic theoretical knowledge,this paper analyses the design quality requirements,management mode and design quality management problems of P nuclear power project,analyses the influencing factors of design quality,establishes and implements the design quality management system of P nuclear power project based on the analysis results,and ensures that the design quality management system can be continuously improved and self-contained.I work.Through consulting the domestic and foreign literature on design management,nuclear power regulations and standards,quality management standards and theoretical knowledge,this paper conducts literature analysis,investigates the design quality management of domestic nuclear power plants,and combines theory with practice.This paper combines the general quality management standard with the quality management of traditional nuclear power projects,combines the requirements of nuclear safety regulations with modern management methods,uses quality management tools,process methods and system methods,and studies the design quality management of the P nuclear power project from the perspective of project owners,so as to ensure the design quality management of P nuclear power project.The sufficiency,suitability and effectiveness of the system establishment can effectively improve the design quality management level of P nuclear power project and provide reference for the follow-up nuclear power project construction. |
