AP1000 is the third generation advanced passive PWR technology adopted to build the nuclear power plant in the world, which possesses the features of complex systems, numerous cooperation units, plenty of construction quantity, long construction period, a good deal of hazard factors, large organization and complicated management coordination; meanwhile, the construction period is under the rigorous government supervision and with the high standard and strict requirement of nuclear safety and quality, which make the construction more difficult. Modern project management cannot be separated with the information technology, especially the oversize project. The use of information system in the project management can reach the goal of improving the work efficiency and quality, reducing the erection time, reducing the cost, improving the competitiveness of NPP construction company by improving the engineering management, optimizing the information organization and service flow, accelerating the information transfer, accumulating various information and experience and analyzing the data.With the rapid development of nuclear power construction enterprises, the management information system of construction enterprises is becoming more and more urgent. And now the rapid development of network technology, information technology and information systems like clouds computing, Internet, virtual construction, project management information system and information technology in a wide range of rapid popularization and application, provides a good opportunity to solve the problem of China's nuclear power construction enterprise management is not in place. Most of nuclear power construction enterprises in China's enterprise information development is backward, the overall development of the situation is in the primary level, information construction, low per capita investment is very low, the lack of reasonable planning. Therefore, in order to improve this situation, to strengthen the company's information management, optimize the internal and external resources of the enterprise, under this background, China Nuclear Industry Fifth Construction Co., Ltd. introduced by the Beijing Zhong He Hua Hui Technology Co., Ltd. to develop computer aided nuclear power project management system software(computer aid nuclear power plane engineer development, referred to as CANPPE2 software) to strengthen the nuclear power project information management.Based on the requirement analysis and overall design for the quality control management information system, the article is going to build the quality control management subsystem which is composed of ITP preparation, ITP elect, ITP release, disqualified information, ITP transfer, NCR management, quality information search, etc, by analyzing the features, difficulties, current situation and existed problems of NPP quality management via the modern management technology and computer technique, so as to bring efficient control for the site quality, realize the information sharing among construction units, simplify document transfer flow, improve work efficiency and decision-making ability, reducing management and construction cost, which has an important meaning in improving the quality management standard and strengthening the core competitiveness of the construction unit.The research results of this article is also can be regarded as a blueprint in the AP1000 NPP quality information management of the general contractor, which has important significance in improving the quality management standard and boosting the research, popularization and application of the information management system.
