The Research Of Management On Project Schedule And Quality For Y Nuclear Power Conventional Island Turbine

Nuclear power equipment manufacturing as a branch of the equipment manufacturing industry,due to its high security requirements,that is,the requirements of nuclear safety,quality and progress control are very strict.For T enterprise Y nuclear power turbine project,the effective control of quality risk,can make progress on schedule.Strengthen the coordination management of schedule and quality,Y nuclear power steam turbine project will not only satisfy the quality requirements and meet schedule requirements,get the satisfaction of all parties of the expected results,has important practical value for Y nuclear power steam turbine project schedule and quality management of integrated management research.This thesis first analyzes the characteristics of the Y nuclear power plant and the characteristics of turbine manufacturing process and characteristics,and analyzes the original project schedule and quality management problems,and puts forward the measures to solve the problem.By using the work structure decomposition method,the plan evaluation technology and the critical path method,the reasonable Y Nuclear Power Steam Turbine Project multi-level management plan is worked out.Combined with the project quality management theory and the Y nuclear power plant conventional island steam turbine project practice,the project quality management method of Y nuclear power conventional island steam turbine project was determined to get the project quality management objectives.The integration of schedule management and quality management of Y nuclear power station is studied,and the quality of the target system is determined,and the feasible suggestions for the coordinated management of the progress and quality are put forward.Finally in y for the conventional island of nuclear power steam turbine project achieved good results in practice,the project of steam turbine final delivery time 3 months ahead of the,and excellent quality,for the domestic similar reactor project,steam power and performance optimal unit.The research of this paper provides some feasible systems and methods for the project schedule management and quality management of nuclear power station.
