Construction industry is an important force in China’s national economic growth,is one of the pillar industries of national economic development.The lower production efficiency of the construction industry has been a problem to be solved urgently.In order to solve the problem of production efficiency in the construction industry,the Building Information Modeling(BIM)has emerged.BIM technology uses 3D geometric model as the carrier to integrate the physical information and process information of the building,create a four-dimensional,five-dimensional,and even multidimensional information model,and through open data standards to achieve the different life span of the building and between the participants of the information sharing,thus promoting the project management level and the production efficiency promotion.Under the guidance of government policy,academia,software enterprises,design and construction enterprises and BIM consulting companies,respectively,on the BIM technology research,development and application.BIM technology in recent years in the application of construction enterprises more and more,but there is little evidence to evaluate the application capacity of construction enterprises BIM.Aiming at the problem of BIM application ability evaluation index system in construction enterprises.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of BIM application and the expert interview,the article uses the coding method of rooting theory to get the initial index system,including four first-level indicators and twenty secondary indicators.According to the indicators,the questionnaire was collected,the final questionnaire was formed by eliminating a second-level indicator through pre-research,the data were collected,the reliability of the questionnaire was analyzed,and the composition of the index system was analyzed by factor analysis.A secondary indicator was eliminated,the rationality of the index system was verified by the structural equation model.The analytic hierarchy process gives the weight of each evaluation index.combined with two construction enterprises to verify the construction of the evaluation index system of the availability and reliability.This study enriches the BIM theory system and provides the basis for correctly evaluating the BIM application capability of the construction enterprise and deepening the BIM application.
