| As more and more clean energy power stations are on the stage of the electricity trading market,the data service industry related to them has gradually developed.At the same time,with the continuous deepening of the reform of the national power system,grid companies are also actively exploring new profit models.In this context,Qinghai Lvneng date company was born.As the holding company of Qinghai Lvneng date company,its competitive situation in the energy data industry deserves our attention.First,this thesis starts with the internal environment of the enterprise and the external environment of the enterprise,analyzes the company’s own advantages and disadvantages,analyzes the impact of the industry environment on the company’s operations,and sorts out the evaluation elements based on the internal and external environment.Through the use of questionnaires and fuzzy mathematics,the affiliation of internal and external evaluation elements on the evaluation set is constructed,and fuzzy quantification is carried out at the same time,and the evaluation matrix of internal elements of the enterprise and the evaluation matrix of external elements of the enterprise are obtained for further research.Secondly,this thesis uses the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the grading weight value based on the internal and external evaluation elements;at the same time,the maximum membership principle is used to establish the membership degrees of the internal and external evaluation elements;and the fuzzy analysis is used to obtain the corresponding relationship between the nine forces and internal and external evaluation elements and the fuzzy membership degree;finally,the quantified operating ability score of Qinghai Lvneng date company operating ability is obtained.Finally,according to the comprehensive evaluation scores of Qinghai Lvneng data company’s operating ability,a targeted strategy for the improvement of Qinghai Lvneng data company’s operating ability is put forward,laying a theoretical foundation for the company’s next development.Combining the entire research process,this thesis gives the current competitive situation of Qinghai Lvneng data company’s through quantitative scoring of operating ability,and provides a reference for the company to analyze the status quo of the industry and formulate development strategies. |
