With the advent of the era of industrial 4.0 and the era of industrial intelligence,the construction industry is facing severe challenges.The state has deepened the reform of the building industry,and new technologies,materials,and new equipment have been required to be applied to practical projects.The construction industry has low-carbon construction concepts,integrated architectural models,globalized business scope,commercialization of business concepts,contractual market behavior,and labor.Organize humanization and legalization of administrative management,and traditional construction technology has been greatly impacted.Under the background of the rapid development of the knowledge economy,individual companies cannot independently complete the arduous market challenges.Collaborative innovation networks have become the best choice for market players and can provide more opportunities and platforms for enterprises.This article first takes the Chinese construction enterprise as the research object,discusses the theory of collaborative innovation network,knowledge absorption and enterprise innovation ability,and explores the internal mechanism of collaborative innovation network and construction enterprise’s innovation ability through the literature retrieval,and extracts the building The key factors of the enterprise’s innovation ability constitute a theoretical model for evaluating the innovation ability of construction enterprises.The collaborative innovation network main body utilizes the collaborative innovation network platform to promote knowledge absorption and further cultivate and enhance the innovation capability of construction enterprises.Secondly,by referring to scholars’ literature achievements and machine learning theory,combined with the characteristics of construction enterprises,the construction of the innovation evaluation system for construction enterprises based on the collaborative innovation network was constructed.The reliability and validity of the data was analyzed using SPSS19.0 software and AMOS23.0 was used.The structural equation model is analyzed,tested and evaluated.Based on the results of structural equation model fitting,the indicators that do not meet the standard are revised out,the revised model is verified,and a more complete evaluation index system is finally determined.Thirdly,the supportvector machine evaluation model was introduced,then the sample data was collected and the model parameters were set.At the same time,the model training and testing were performed with MATLAB.Finally,an optimal SVM construction enterprise innovation capability evaluation model was established.Finally,60 construction companies were randomly selected from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,using the built evaluation model to conduct SVM innovation capability evaluation,and empirical evaluation of the enterprise’s innovation capability.According to the evaluation results,the construction company’s innovation ability was proposed to raise the strategy and recommendations.
