Abstract/Summary:
As a transportation facility vigorously developed by the country,railway is an important part of the national public transport network.At present,the scale of railway construction and operation is increasing,and there are more strict standards for evaluating railway workers.The quality of staff training ability of railway transportation enterprise directly affects its labor productivity,and then determines its development core competitiveness.Therefore,it is of practical significance for railway transportation enterprise to adopt scientific methods to evaluate the comprehensive training ability and operation effect of personnel in railway transportation enterprise and find out their weak links in time.Taking a railway transportation enterprise as the research sample,this paper systematically studies the current situation of railway transportation enterprise personnel training and puts forward the existing problems from six aspects: faculty,staff quality,training courses,training methods,training environment and effect evaluation.On this basis,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of training ability by using the analytic hierarchy process and establishes the judgment matrix by using the methods of systematic demonstration and expert brainstorming.Besides,by using MATLAB software to calculate the matrix,the weight value of each factor is obtained and its consistency has been tested,and finally the research determined the weight distribution of each factor.Last but not least,it is concluded that the existing training ability of the enterprise is at the general level after intuitively evaluation of the enterprise training ability by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The comprehensive evaluation method proposed in this paper,which is fully combined with the reality of staff training in railway transportation enterprise,has strong practicability.Through the research of this paper,it is revealed that the strength of teachers,enterprise employees,training courses and effect evaluation are the main weak links of staff training in railway transportation enterprises,and some suggestions and measures to improve the training ability are put forward.
