With the vigorous development of the construction industry,the number of employees in construction enterprises continues to increase,and competition between enterprises is gradually emerging.The transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises,as well as the optimization and innovation of work modes and technologies,are urgent.As a revolutionary new information technology,BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology has the characteristics of visualization,coordination,and simulation.The wide range of BIM technical services covers multiple fields such as the construction industry,real estate,manufacturing,education,medical care,and has been unanimously recognized by relevant industries at home and abroad.In this paper,firstly,the status quo of China’s construction industry is investigated,and the features,development advantages and current situation of BIM are summed up,and concludes that BIM technology may become the key to the prosperity and development of the construction industry.Then,using the literature research method,the influencing factors of BIM technology application in China’s construction enterprises are extracted and summarized,and 22 influencing factors are obtained.Through expert consultation and literature research,the 22 influencing factors are dimensionally divided,resulting in six dimensions: technology,organization,economy,environment,personnel,and regulations.According to the dimensions of this article,a questionnaire and a structural equation model scale were designed to investigate the impact of influencing factors.Through the recovery and descriptive statistics of the questionnaire data,preliminary judgment and analysis of the influencing factors are conducted,providing important theoretical basis for the next step of research.Next,reliability testing,validity testing,normality testing,correlation testing,and structural equation model analysis were conducted on the questionnaire data,and model evaluation was conducted on the model analysis results.Finally,the influencing factors of BIM application in China’s construction enterprises are obtained,from the largest to the smallest,including economy,technology,personnel,environment,organization,and regulations.Based on the evaluation results,targeted recommendations are proposed,and targeted recommendations are proposed based on the evaluation results.
