The Study On Comprehensive Ability Evaluation Of Construction Drawing Review Institution

With the rapid development of China’s construction drawing review system, itsrole in the control of the quality of the construction project is becoming more andmore obvious,while the comprehensive ability of construction drawing reviewinstitution is the key factor on review quality.It is difficult to distinguish the merits ofthe institution by the evaluation of the current mechanism of supervision andmanagement of review institution too general. Therefore,to construction scientificand effective comprehensive evaluation model will play an important role inpromoting on improving the construction plan review quality and ameliorating thereview institution development.In this thesis, combined with the status quo of China’s construction plan review,it summaries the factors affecting the comprehensive ability of review institution bythe literature analysis method,then through a questionnaire survey of the importancedegree of factors, using factor analysis method extracted the key factor,the evaluationindex system is created, including four first level indexes and sixteen two levelindexes.There is certain complexity and uncertainty on the evaluation index of theconstruction drawing review institution both the quantitative index andqualitative index. The article calculates the index weight using a comprehensiveweight by the AHP-entropy method.The two level fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmodel is constructied with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate thequality grades of review institution.In the process of constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system andthemodel, problems and improvement direction of review institution are reflected andgetting the importance of influence factors of comprehensive ability by analyzingthe index weight. Through the application of examples,it verifies the validity andpracticability of the evaluation results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Thethesis provides scientific status for reference on leadership management policyformulation and continuous improvement for review institution.
