Based on relevant theories such as balanced scorecard,360-degree performance appraisal and target management,this paper analyzes the status quo,existing problems and causes of Shihezi landscaping maintenance center performance evaluation,and according to the work objectives and units of the garden conservation center.Optimize the performance appraisal,and make recommendations for improving the performance appraisal mechanism of the maintenance center and improving the work enthusiasm of the center staff and improving work efficiency.Through analysis,it is found that the organization structure of Shihezi Landscaping Maintenance Center is reasonable,mainly divided into two categories: logistics and actual execution.The duties of each department are clear and the division of labor is reasonable.The performance evaluation of Shihezi Landscaping Maintenance Center for each department is mainly based on their respective tasks.Division of labor.The performance appraisal system of the landscaping maintenance center is mainly divided into four parts: the development of performance plan,performance coaching,performance appraisal and performance appraisal feedback and application.From the classification of performance appraisal grades and the formulation of assessment indicators,the performance appraisal system of Shihezi Landscaping Maintenance Center is relatively complete and has a certain theoretical basis.However,in the implementation process,there is also a form in the assessment process.Too super-surface,the assessment indicators are subjective,lack of scientific theoretical basis,and the performance evaluation results are distorted.The lack of a correct understanding of the performance appraisal concept,the difficulty in quantifying the output of the garden maintenance center,and the recognition of the concept of performance appraisal are the main reasons for the problems in the performance appraisal of the landscaping conservation center.Based on the above analysis,from the four aspects of formulating the overall idea of optimizing design,formulating strategic objectives,optimizing performance appraisal indicators and ensuring the smooth implementation of performance appraisal,the optimal design ideas for the performance appraisal of Shihezi Landscaping Maintenance Center are proposed.
